Los Espabilados tells the story of Mickey L’Angelo, Yeray, Guada, Samuel and Lucas, a group of special teens who decide to escape from a psychiatric centre to find their place in the world. Despite their clinical diagnosis, these five friends will tackle life with humor and courage because deep inside they know that it’s society that needs to be cured, not them.

These kids will undertake a journey through Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany) to find the brother of one of them, while having to face their own fears.
